Meet the Leadership Team

Sean - Managing Director

Sean started Preferred Properties Steamboat because he loves working in the community and can use his experience and skills to help his clients. With a background in general contracting, electrical systems in the Air Force, and customer service, Sean leads the team in finding and delivery solutions to you. When not working, you will see Sean outside biking, skiing, or fishing.

Nora - Member Services Director

As a local educator, Nora spends most of her time with little ones inside and outside of the classroom. She enjoys engaging with other families and staying active in the community. Her keen eye to design makes her a great compliment to Sean at Preferred Sbt. Nora spends as much time with family enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer.

Sawyer - PM

Sawyer has been a loyal and trusted team member for years. He is always happy to help out wherever needed and doesn't mind getting dirty at times. He enjoys trails runs and AT skiing in the winters.
